I am a veteran with a high arch and Planters Fachitis and have used this shoe with inserts for years. Very good support.

most comfortable shoes on concrete ever

Posted by Unknown on 8th Feb 2017

I work in the Ag industry, on my feet all day on concrete floors. My Dad is diabetic and was telling me of the Apex footwear that he wears and I thought what the heck, lets try a pair. I am currently on my 3rd pair and they last well over a year on the concrete every day.

These shoes seem to answer the problems to my feet...at last!

Excellent shoe.

Recommended by my foot doctor at the VA and rightfully so cause my feet problems healed right up. Order them a size or two larger than normal for a good fit.

Comfortable and supportive

Lately I have been bothered by some heel pain. I was looking for a comfortable shoe that would provide good support. This shoe fits the bill. It is the probably the most padded shoe I have ever worn. If you have to bee on your feet for long periods of time, this shoe is going to make those hours more comfortable. There is also ample room to add additional inserts for arch support.

Roomy Sturdy Shoe

This shoe handles my orthotics with no problem. The toe box is bigger than in the running shoes I have used in the past. These shoes are a little clunky for jogging, especially right out of the box when they are a little stiff. I agree that the tongues are a little short and hard to get a hold of.

You make a good fitting and comfortable shoe. I am diabetic and have a mid-metatarsal amputation on one foot and the shoes work out just fine One small thing though the tongue could be about 1/4 in. longer and the laces that come with the shoes seem to loosen after a while
