Spring brings budding flowers, sprouting grass, baby animals, and tons of rain. During the rainiest months of the year, if your head doesn't get wet, your feet might with mud.

1. Strawberry Biscuit Cakes

Strawberries bloom in the spring, as do lemons and mint. If it isn't too rainy, take the kids to pick berries first!
- Slice 1 qt of fresh strawberries
- Place in a freezer bag
- Hand squeeze in the juice from one fresh lemon
- Optional: 2 ripped fresh garden mint leaves

- 2 C heavy whipping cream

Fill up a pot with tap water. Add in a dozen eggs and hard boil. Cool them.
