8 out of every 10 people experience foot pain. Additionally, these 8 are more likely to experience pain in other parts of the body according to recent surveys.

While this number is high, it is not surprising; considering how much we use our feet every day.

Walking around the house, completing tasks at work, and rigorous activities like jogging or walking put a lot of strain on our feet.

But foot pain can cause a lot of restriction to daily movements. So, how do we counteract the pain and keep ourselves going?

Here are five common diagnoses and reasons we should be using shoe insoles for foot pain.

Arthritis

Arthritis is often diagnosed as one of two branches: rheumatoid or osteoarthritis. Rheumatoid is an autoimmune disorder that attacks the tissue protecting our joints. Osteoarthritis is degenerative; cartilage breaks down with age.
